Our Main Hall is one of the largest function spaces in the East Midlands, accommodating up to 500 people (350 seated).

It features a fully equipped stage, a spacious dance floor and a green room with changing facilities, making it an ideal choice for stage productions, weddings, talent shows and large corporate events.

The hall also includes a licensed bar and a separate kitchen, ensuring guests have access to refreshments throughout your event.

The Family Room is a welcoming space that encourages families to enjoy a range of activities. This versatile room can be used for weekend events, arts and crafts and children's parties.

It opens onto our beer garden and children’s play area, complete with a climbing frame, swings and a bouncy castle, providing a safe and fun environment for families to relax and enjoy.

The Cotgrave Club offers excellent facilities for business events and meetings. Our conference rooms can cater to groups ranging from 2 to 350 delegates, with Wi-Fi access throughout the venue.

Whether you’re hosting a major presentation, a training seminar or a one-to-one interview, our flexible spaces can be arranged to suit your requirements. We aim to provide a professional environment that guarantees a successful event.

For more intimate gatherings, our Lounge Bar is a cosy and comfortable space that can host up to 120 guests. This versatile room is perfect for private functions, such as birthday parties, christenings or family gatherings.

Equipped with an AV and PA system, the Lounge Bar also has a private licensed bar and access to an external terrace, making it a great choice for both daytime and evening events.
